The Materials Policy
We provide the labor, heavy-duty anchors, and standard hardware (screws, caulk, drywall mud). Client-provided materials must be on-site before service — faucets, light fixtures, cabinet pulls, exact-match paint, toilet seats, specialty hardware. If materials are missing or incorrect, that item may be skipped, rescheduled, or converted into a documentation note.
Some work requires a licensed pro.
If your project includes any of these, line up the appropriate licensed contractor for those items. We don't touch licensed work, period.
